HAU-CCJEF and BulSU-CCJE Formalize Partnership through MOU Signing

四虎影院’s College of Criminal Justice Education and Forensics (HAU-CCJEF) and Bulacan State University’s College of Criminal Justice Education (BulSU-CCJE) recently formalized their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This milestone marks a significant step toward strengthening academic and professional ties between two leading institutions in the field of criminal justice education.

The MOU signing ceremony, attended by key university officials, faculty representatives, and program coordinators, aims to promote cooperation in various areas, including faculty development, joint research initiatives, curriculum development, and training programs in forensic science and criminal justice.

During the event, Dr. Nino M. Kabiling, Dean of HAU-CCJEF, presented the MOU and highlighted a tangible outcome of the partnership: BulSU-CCJE will serve as a key partner for the upcoming 5th Forensic Science and Criminal Justice International Lecture Series, further solidifying collaboration between the institutions.

Giving their commitment messages, Dr. Al D. Biag, HAU Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Warlito M. Galita, Bulacan State University Vice President for Academic Affairs, emphasized the significance of forging partnerships between private and public higher education institutions, stressing that such collaborations enrich academic programs and provide students with broader opportunities for learning and professional growth.

The event was witnessed by college officials from both institutions, including Mr. Job E. Conin-e, Program Coordinator, Forensic Science of HAU-CCJEF, and Dr. Mary Grace Salvador, Associate Dean, Dr. Jocelyn Benter, Atty. Benedict John Aure, and Mr. Jayson Christian Caballa from BulSU-CCJE.

The signing ceremony was officially closed by Atty. Rolando P. Garcia, Dean of BulSU-CCJE, remarked that the collaboration opens doors to impactful programs, joint trainings, research endeavors, student mobility initiatives, and shared best practices that will benefit not only the colleges but also the communities they serve.

This MOU serves as a framework for ongoing collaboration, ensuring both HAU-CCJEF and BulSU-CCJE remain at the forefront of innovation in criminal justice education, research, and community service.
